Exchange and Refunds Policy

At Everglow Horticulture, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” reason

All requests for returns of faulty or defective goods must be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 business days from the date the defect was first noticed, including:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A detailed reason for the return
  • Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
  • A copy of your payment receipt

 

This ensures a quick resolution and allows us to contact you if needed.

2. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Standard postage fees apply to all return orders unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
  • If the return is due to a product defect, a replacement will be sent at no charge within 5 business days from the date we receive the faulty goods.
  • If a refund is approved, the original purchase amount will be refunded minus return shipping costs, unless the product was faulty.

3. Consumer Rights & Warranty

  • In addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law, we may offer an express warranty for certain goods. Please refer to product packaging or descriptions on our website for warranty terms.
  • If you are located in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards but does not constitute a major failure, we will offer a repair or replacement.

4. Additional Information

  • Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any applicable State or Federal legislation governing the supply of goods.
